longtail boat: From beautiful corals to rocky boulder formations, an abundance of
marine life ensures that you will be enchanted with this underwater paradise.
Our House Reef
Situated at the south end of Kata Beach, 25 meters from Phuket Scuba Club. Granite and
coral formations with max. depth at 9 meters. Here you can meet Ringo and some of his friends.
Blue spotted stingrays, dragonfish, parrotfish, lionfish and schools of wrasse are common
divebuddies. This is where we conduct most of our training dives. Also superb for
snorkellers... so if your friend/partner does not want to dive, they could snorkel within
close proximity.
Koh Pu (Crab Island)
This small uninhabited island is located between Kata and Karon beaches, 5 minutes by
longtail boat from the southern end of Kata beach. EAST SIDE: A wide
selection of hard corals. Marine life consists mainly of juvenile shoaling fish. Turtle
and octopus are frequently seen. Max.depth: 14 meters. WEST SIDE: Dramatic granite
boulders forming interesting landscapes. Shoals of yellow snapper and fusiliers, large
stingrays and turtle.
Karon Rock
Situated on the southern end of Karon Bay,approximately 2 km off the beach. Consisting of a
large granite boulder surrounded by smaller outcrops of rocks. The top of the boulder is
levelled at 8 meters which makes an ideal safety stop where colourful shoals of batfish,
fusiliers and snapper can spoil your visibility. Large stingrays and stonefish are often
sighted at this spot. Max. depth: 20 meters.
Kata Noi Reef
Located on the southern end of Kata Noi Beach (little Kata) and only accessible by
longtail boat or dinghy. There is close to 4 km's of coral reef with an abundance of
anemones. A good spot to see blue spotted stingrays. Max. depth: 16 meters.

| Our very popular dive packages
are not complete without our daily boat tours to dive sites further away on the East Coast
off Phuket. These sites
are situated 90 minutes to 2 hours away by comfortable boat with ample shaded areas or a
sundeck for sunworshippers. All daytrips are inclusive of hotel transfers, Divemaster,
lunch, refreshments (excl. beers and soft drinks). Fresh water showers and clean western
toilet facilities are available. A fun day out for all!!!

Racha Yai
This tropical island lies 90 minutes south of Phuket where the water is calm and clear all year
round. Mainly hard corals with an abundance of colourful marine life. Multicoloured parrot
fish, yellow tailed snappers and cheeky trigger fish are common residents. All levels of
diver experience can enjoy these warm waters.
Racha Noi
Similarly named although in Thai - Yai means big and Noi means small. Further 30 minutes
from the sister island, the sites here can be more demanding but the rewards are certainly
worth it. These waters are the playground for gamefish such as sailfish and barracuda.
Manta rays, stingrays, reef- and leopard sharks are also regular playmates.

Sharkpoint
Only 90 minutes east of Phuket, this popular divesite is marked by a lone rock that breaks
the surface on the northernmost point of 3 submerged rock formations. Docile leopard
sharks, soft corals, hard corals, gorgonian sea fans and sponges are the main attractions.
Inquisitive juvenile moray eels are normally seen as well.
Anemone Reef
Situated within sight of Sharkpoint approximately 300 meters north, this submerged pinnacle is
covered with an array of colourful soft corals and sea anemones dotted with clown
fish.Also home to leopard sharks, small groupers and schools of barracudas with curtains
of surgeons, moorish idols and angelfish.

Koh Doc Mai
Flower island, 1 hour east of Phuket is an oblong shaped boulder with sheer cliffs
extending to the seabed . Idyllic deep wall and drift dives. The underwater cliffs are
covered with marine flora, from soft and hard corals to sea fans and sponges. Black and
white banded sea snakes and giant barracuda are regular dive buddies.
The King Cruiser Wreck
On the 4th May 1997 this 85 meter catamaran sank. The passenger ferry hit the top of
Anemone Reef en route to Phi Phi island. All 600 plus passengers were saved by nearby
fishing boats. An ideal wreck dive with the top deck of the boat at 12 meters and sitting
upright on the seabed at 30 meters. Wide passage ways and open passenger decks make this a
very safe and enjoyable wreck dive for all levels of diver experience. Marine life such as
glasseye fish, batfish, lionfish are settling in nicely and just recently larger gamefish
have also decided to move in.
Phi Phi Islands
Situated slightly more than 2 hours due east of Phuket, these picturesque group
of islands consist of limestone cliffs above the water and colourful walls of soft corals
below. Shoals of snappers, angelfish, butterfish are found in abundance around this
underwater wonderland. Leopard sharks and other pelagics are also commonly seen. Possible
sightings of whale shark and manta rays.
